Its doesn't matter if your number match on not. After putting any virtual number with otp google checks the name. If it doesn't find anything useful it will ask you to verify via Id proof. One more simple hack just put any random number start with 16 you will bypass this process easily.

you can report them to scammerinfo website they will down every ad immedietly. You just need one guy to update them everytime anyone appear in google ads.
