Why wouldn't you? You're providing a service to the peoples that can't read on those languages so giving credit to the original source will give more credibility to your content.

I'm having one, MBP that is, along with one iMac and two Mini servers, they are all running multiple Windows VMs (XP, 7, 2008 Server) and all is easy to maintain... on the other hand upgrading to Win8 is not supported well by Parallels so far (they are working hard on it). I'll go for Mac ...
