Where from they get these 100s of thousands visitors? Please explain it in detail...

If you are buying your traffic then I think CB is best and useful. But if you optimize your site for free traffic from search engines then you should use both Adsense and CB.

I think you buy only one domain and create different categories and hire an SEO guru for optimization of your site and you can get better result.
