I think you really have to try hard to get banned. Only after numerous flags will they ban you. (The server raises a flag when you try and push it too hard)

I have listed our site/product on all the 'big' sites. Yet we have not seen an increase from our roughly 20 unique visitors a day. Where else can I push traffic?
