Wanted : Marketing Partner for new Youtube Software

I am looking for someone to take care of the following :

1) Online Marketing of a software product that is in demand
2) Putting up a site, blog, social media - whatever it is that you need to do to sell


What I am offering -

1) Priority technical support, i.e. the software will always work regardless of changes to online platform on which it runs.
2) 50% share in all revenue generated from inception of partnership.
