Same problem here ... I bought 100 000 credits for 25$ which are absolutely worthless ... I contacted support a few times, I still don't have a normal response. I will keep you posted on how it is going :)

When you have 1 000 000+ legit visitors a month, you can feel safe(but not too much). Google doesn't give a crap about small accounts.

Talk to them first, but not just 1 - 2 e-mails, don't be afraid to ask questions or to doubt them. This is business an if they are serious, they will be patient enough until you are ready to make the sale. Don't rush into selling just because they offered a juicy amount of cash.
