When you create a new project instead of listing the URL(s) you want to target just GSA it to build links to the verified links of the first Tier. Very simple to do. Actually you should down the trial and see for youself ;-)

Right Click on the Project(s) you want to get the submitted/verified link list --> Show URLs --> Submitted/Verified --> Done :D

I've also seen good SERP movements with article directory blasts. Make sure you use contextual links within the article body.

5400 exact match got me around 160 visits per day. Makes sure to also check exact match otherwise you'll be wasting a lot of time :)
