Hi all,

I'm starting to build a list in the PE niche, adding 3-5 double opt-ins / day and it's ramping up as my KWs are starting to move up to the top 3 positions. Currently I'm promoting ClickBank PE products using their provided follow-ups but that will run out very soon. I need to find other suitable products/ ideas to monetize this list as I'm seeing some first sales already.

I think you just need to find more products in that subject.
There are tons.. hypnosis, natural and other books products for PE.
You can promote multiple orgasm products. It's via email so.
You can always promote closely related products.

You need to research on the subject.
