Nope, I used to have a blog that had an alexa ranking of 17k with almost no traffic, this was about 10 blogs that downloaded the alexa tool bar and if you click it daily to check your score your score goes up daily, it's not a very reliable way to rank websites. I wouldn't even focus on anything...
