A VPS with 2-4GB RAM will be enough to run your site. Since all your images will be mostly served by CloudFlare, you may not need much of a bandwidth either.

Have u tried googling with "bulk email dedicated servers" keywords? shows a lot of bulk mail friendly providers.

every host have a "fair usage policy" for unlimited hosting. make sure you read that closely. u may trigger it sooner than u think while streamlining videos and "over straining" their so-called unlimited bandwidth.

btw, how many emails r u sending out? 1k, 10k, 100k or even more??

Simply create a Remote Desktop login for his. You may use any of these tools: Windows RDP, GotoMyPc, TeamViewer. These are easier than setting up proxy server if you are behind a modem and a router at home.
