Unfortunatly i dont have the experiance to suggest how to save your MNS, but if you have 2 other sites that are doing quite well, I would cut your losses and just learn from your mistakes. I hope someone else can be more helpfull

Can always try just posting on other similar facebook pages, just on their walls. Liking relvent pages and being the first to comment on like there new status update is also pretty decent still slow tho
