For the picture posting you need a ftp server where you can store the pictures before abs upload the data on your blog. The settings you can set in every one of the blog options

Change the the cell formatting into "Text". That works for me. ;)

Eventually you can import it, or open the txt in excel, tap seperatet option and delte the first column
