Scrapebox has an addon for a whois scraper. I haven't used it, so I can't comment much specifically on it myself. Hope that points you in the right direction though.

I would just use the above mentioned method of Pingler/Pingoat and ping 5 per day (2 per day limit on Pingler). This will appear as if it's natural link building to the search engines. Slow and steady will win the race.

Ping the profile backlinks using Scrapebox, but I recommend only doing 5 a day at the most and let spiders find the rest. They will get indexed fairly quickly doing that (less than 10 hours in my experience). Yes, you will see an effect with SERPS.

You don't even have to risk WF banning your account by using a signature like that, just ping the Blogger page and the spiders will come crawling in no time.

There is no way to find auto-approval blogs other than submitting to them and then running a link check over them to see which ones have auto-approved you. Take that list and vola! You have your auto-approved list in your niche.
