try do few days weekly some manual links of forum posts signatures and social posts to main url ... if you can push some article marketing would be best.. just keep low under radar if you are already there .. aswell put in footer the main phrase anchored to main page and it should get to proper...

did you made 301 forwarding so it reindex the new pages .. probably dancing around make few social bookmarks and 1-2 new articles and you should be fine

you can sell links at text links ads sites , ebay high pr links sale auctions.. but you need to grow some content very fast if site is empty so it stabilize in front of google eyes
