Hi with all new books Amazon themselves push / promote your book for the first 60 days I would recommend putting your book on free promo 3/4 days to get some reviews ( Important for social proof!) The main advice I can offer is to make sure there is a need / audience for your subject .

If you take Action, with the advice from the guys on this site then I'm sure you will be booking your flight sooner than you think good luck mate
