Check out brightlocal. I use their LSEO report, first one is free, then it's something like $2 a piece after. You can white-label it, which is nice. Worth the price for me.

Does it really matter if you do 5 a day for 7 days or 35 in one day for every 7 days? I mean, most of those pages will not get crawled or index that very same day, most will take a couple of days before Google even sees it... So back to the original question, does it matter?
