Sites that perform fast will generally rank higher. If your site is slow, your rankings can drop. The general idea would be that using a CDN would speed up the loading for visitors around the world and that increase in performance would become noticed in Google and thus, you may rank higher.

I'm not aware of any free themes though if you can justify a small amount, there are plenty of themes you can get on themeforest.net for $20 - $100. I'm not sure how you'll price your watches though I imagine it would only take a couple - few sales to cover the theme itself? Seems like a worthy...

Defiantly do your research before signing up to Arvixe. Since the migrations have started (and staff mass layoffs), they have been really struggling and the negative reviews just don't stop coming out. As for iPage, well, they are both owned by the same company. I don't hear much of them these...

The best bet would be to check the WHOIS. Failing that, maybe look over the website for their contact details and try reaching out to them (request to speak with the management / owner). Are you trying to find the owner of a specific site? Maybe if you provided the domain we could help there...
