I've heard controversial opinions on the Incansoft products. The only one I've used (pretty long ago) was their video article creation software, but sincerely, I was not impressed. I've found much better solutions. I don't know for the rest, they might have some great software too...

My suggestion is to spin the articles MANUALLY, to ensure complete readability. And of course, follow the other advice above (create the sites manually, vary themes, inclyde photos and videos etc.)

I second Jacob above: a big mailing list with targeted subscribers and hungry buyers is the best asset you can have in IM.
