Thanks for that link! I was also just checking Torguard - it seems to give VPN + residential IP for about $26 per quarter. There aren't many experiences with them posted on this forum, anyone here that has tried them out? It seems quite cheap for a residential IP.

It's a ban on simply my IP, so if my IP rotates on modem reset that would indeed work. The game isn't all that big, probably 2k active players.
