The thought is there with this, but at the same time I'd fear it getting banned. Adsense is toeing the line a little already. Not sure how Tumblr is responding to clickthroughs these days.
I also have a Facebook page that I post on in conjunction to this, and sometimes promote offers to...
Hi all,
A couple of months ago I started a Tumblr up in a SFW niche that has been easy to grow. By simply having a full queue posting all the time, and liking 100-200 key words in my niche each day, I'm growing by 100-200 followers every 24 hours. Now that I've reached 10k, I'd like to start...
I haven't gone a day in a month without gaining at or more than 100 followers, and I'm averaging 300-500 hits a day from my analytics. Maybe my audience is keen to avoid my ads. I'm only running 1 leaderboard banner.
Who are you guys using as your advertiser? I have 2500 followers on a non-adult Tumblr and am earning around 3 to 10 cents a day with Adsense. I assume it's because I'm not getting many clicks, because when I do get clicks, they yield $1-$2 per.
Spend $12 and purchase Tumblr Autobot - it will change your game completely. I'm not affiliated with the author, but his product is fantastic. I'm averaging ~100 more followers a day in my niche after using his product (effectively doubling my daily growth). I'm in a non-adult market and also...
Thanks, Metra - sounds like we have the exact same approach. Since I'm only working on my first Tumblr right now, I'm not too concerned about Tumblr catching on and banning the account (particularly because this isn't an adult niche). I anticipate expanding to perhaps 2-3 other niches at most...
Any tips on avoiding getting reported for spam? I don't advertise my blog with a link, but I do go pretty quick through pages adding relevant comments and liking things that appeal to my niche.
Can you clarify? I'm focusing on one Tumblr currently, and I'm in a very popular niche that is offering me around 120 new followers per day. I've been at it about a week and a half and am approaching 2,000 followers (this is a non-adult niche). However, I'm rarely seeing any Adsense traffic...
Tumblr Autobot only supports one blog per account. This is the norm with pretty much any Tumblr software. You shouldn't be keeping all your eggs in one basket like that anyway. Make several accounts instead.
I started a Tumblr about a week ago, and my 1200 very engaged followers are only earning me around 1 cent/day with AdSense at this point, as many of them are seeing my posts via their home feeds. How are you folks monetizing your followers without getting banned? I'm growing at 100-200...
