Well you could allways do a google search and see who ranks top for seo. That way you know they know seo.

Get a Hostgator account ($10 a month) attach a domain name to it and use that to email out with php list. Google php list hostgator and u will get info on it this obv costs a little but good luck hitting inbox with free methods. Email marketing takes investment whichever way you look at it.

I might upgrade to blue it does look a lot cooler lol.
