Does google really shut down these websites? From where do I register a complaint?

The problem is Google isn't ignoring these websites. These fraud websites are ranking for a lot of keywords. Innocent customers are being duped and they lose hundreds of dollars. These websites are stuffed with keywords and only keywords. Their about us and contact us is full of keywords.

Hey guys, so I have a little problem. So when I search for my company name, the knowledge panel doesn't come but it comes when I search for company_name + my_location the knowledge panel comes up. Can anyone tell me why does this happen? Any solution?

I doubt they get lot of applications. Even if they were, they dont hire most of them. Any known marketing agency here would have at most 100 employees. But most of the agencies have not more than 30 employees but the pay is still low.
