New adsense just for youtube or MCN?

I have my old adsenae acc, which I am able to use with my websites, but when I add it to my youtube channel, the channel gets insta terminated.
Is it ok after I wipe my browser data use second adsense on same pc, but different browser? Since it is just yt adsense, it is not fully activated acc, right?
Or should I rather go to some mcn? Is there any mcn, which pays equaly to adsense?

I have tried to contact yt and adsense about my acc, so I don't have to do this, but it is impossible to reach out to them and get reply from human being.

If your channels are getting banned after linking with old adsense. Try not linking it with that account and apply for a new adsense from youtube and see how it goes.

Any idea how to have two adsense accs and not get banned on one pc? The one just for youtube which is non hosted?
And hosted one which I already have and woeks with my sites, but is banning my youtube accounts?
