That's all over the place mate. Google's rankbrain is totally messed up.

Either they show big adsense buyers or spam. Also for some searches totally unrelated shit is showing up. I don't know what's up. They have issues over at Google and they're not being able to solve it, probably cuz they're too busy wasting computing power tracking people around.

That is were you're going to have to do some testing to figure out what works best for you, but you can either buy some fiverr gigs if you're low on budget, or buy scrapebox as it is a tool you should definitely consider adding to your collection. I use it just about everyday.
