No reply since 9 days, livechat says "We are online" but no one reply there too..

I have a vps plan and everything was fine until 1 april, since then everytime starting at 19:50 PM CEST my website start lagging and in CP i see that Load Average is very high. And i'm just asking what is causing this and how can i fix (upgrading vps or what)
