I just got a message today. Very rude and not help. I bought another host and connected my domain as was taking so long and I just got an email saying change domain so that we can setup hosting.

I have actually already ordered from another place but i was always interested here so I would buy your services in a week for my other project. Hope you don't mind.
I know I'm new to the site here (love it so far!), so my opinion may not be valid. But I did just sign up for some shared hosting today and I haven't even uploaded a single file or done anything, and I'm getting emails from the host saying that my resources have been exceeded twice today and that my disk has been throttled? Absolutely crazy since I had just set up the account about 2 hours earlier. This is on a shared hosting though.
That said, I'm just going to cut my losses on this one and since this website has SO much great info, I'm just going to browse around for alternatives before migrating my existing vps anywhere.
I highly recommend people try the cheapest plan just for a month before making any serious commitments.
For what it's worth, they just look like a reseller of abelohost. Their pricing on shared hosting is cheaper than abelohost, but the pricing for the exact same specs on their VPS servers are more money. For VPS, you're probably better off dealing with abelohost directly. Additionally, abelohost has a better "knowledgebase" that can offer some assistance where this reseller has next to zero information should you go looking for articles.
Note: I didn't open any service tickets or anything (maybe their support that way is better), but I did ask a few questions prior to signing up through the web based chat 2 days in a row and never got a response. It was only $5 bucks I lost though, so no big deal.
