100k is a good start. Buy SPY, write covered calls. Should net you 8%+/yr. Same for a few more years then open a McDonald's. You can make more if you start swing trading or messing with alternative covered calls... The risk starts getting up there. Reinvest dividends into SPY and repeat.

If on seo, I would do some research get a dropship product out and buy a flipped site I see with potential of making revenue from me adding my own product and promoting it.
