Hi can someone recommend me where I can buy simple, fast, and reliable wordpress theme for personal website which will be used to collect leads, or maybe to put CPA offers with content locking, I already looked most popular theme seller shops like themify, elegant themes, and for now Themify is my first pick.

Thanks for the advices I will take a look. Speed, simplicity and professional look is all I want.

I think themeforest sucks big time, most of their stuff is bloated and their licenses are bs.

Don't know if you use a builder but the fastest themes that are highly customizable are GeneratePress, OceanWP, Sydney, the Genesis Framework and Astra. I also currently using the free themes from https://mythemeshop.com/?ref=kain241

Yea I was thinking about site builders, but I am not sure about learning curve with those builders as I am not experienced enough and I want to install something ASAP so I can learn/test on my own mistakes

If you're pretty good with Wordpress already, then I could not recommend https://avada.theme-fusion.com/ enough. It is very power and has a great visual editor built in. The theme's page speed is pretty good and has a lot of widgets and prebuilt templates to take advantage of.

There are a good set of themes to choose from here as well: https://colorlib.com/wp/fast-loading-wordpress-themes/

When I'm picking a Wordpress theme, I always take its speed into consideration because Wordpress is already pretty sluggish.

You may try these...

You take it from me, especially if you are new, go with either Elementor or Beaver Builder. You can install Elementor for free and it's very fun, of course for the pro version you need to pay but the free version has already so much to offer, beaver builder has a demo site where you can log in and play with their editor.

Some people will advice you Divi builder and although it looks very flashy it is bloated AF and if you ever want to make a transition to anything else you are fucked while with Elementor and Beaver Builder you are not.

Sydney is a good option and try elementor as said by Billy Battes. Frankly, when I started with wordpress, it took me three days to realize that my theme is not going to look like they are showing in the image and I have to pay for it. I felt stupid and I am sure there are some who experienced the same (if not good for you).

just use some simple free themes. google ( wpexplorer dot com.)
they have free themes. you dont need paid themes especially when starting.

I recommend pronto theme or corporate or fresh&clean you can find it on the website.

Thanks for the suggestions but I also forgot to mention that I need theme which can be modified with my own stuff like content locker, etc. cuz I know for ex. that avada theme is not allowing any kind of premium/paid sections of website with their theme.

Where did you read this & how would they stop you...

My favorite themes atm are:
  • Avada
  • Divi
  • BeTheme
  • The genesis framework

They're all fast to setup and easy to work with.
