Bulk mailing is an art that you'll only learn after a LOT of trial and error.

Unfortunately, this can't be SpoonFed with a step by step tutorial.

For ex, let's say I'm asking you to suggest me a car. You say Bugatti and I'll simply say that I'm not that rich. You then say Nissan Versa and I'll say I've more funds to buy a better car. You say Honda and I'll say I prefer cars that are not made in asian countries. You say Ford and I'll say I'd rather go with a car that is made in Europe. You suggest Audi and I'll ask what's wrong with BMW? You then shout out of your back saying go with BMW then and I'll question Why is BMW better than Mercedes. See where this is going? Your head will explode by this time.

That's how vague your question is. Without your detailed requirements and what you're trying to do with it, no one can answer your question. Your own god will punch you in the face if you ask this to him. Of course if you're a religious person.

U can use various email service providers for bulk emailing like
GoDaddy, Aweber, convertkit and much more.
they are reliable and cost less.
