Hello,

I have Men's Health Site, Details Below:

Age: 2 Years 2 Months 15 Days.

Total Earnings: $3679.88
(1 Years 3 Months ClickBank and SellHealth Earnings)

Traffic: 11,317 (Last 28 Days).

Total Article: 6 (1 Article Highly Engaging and Getting most of the Traffic)

Backlinks: 1,285 (Most of the Backlinks are Organic, No PBN, Got Some Links from Huffington Post, Change.com, Media.com, and other high quality sites, also getting some SPAM Links. I am Regularly Checking the Backlink Profile and Disavow Bad Links.)

Keywords Search Volume, Competitions and Position:

5xRoW7T

My Site is Highly Scale able. I am unable to take care of my site properly now a days. So I can't utilizing the Traffic and getting the most out of it.

Now what do you think:
What would be the Best Price for this site?
Should I sell it or Post New Informative Articles, Product Reviews and Take It to the Next Level?

This is not a Sells Intended Post so please do not PM Me for any query. Please Comment Here.

Thanks

work out what you make per month, and times that by 12.

Shouldn't that be your own decision? Only you would know your own circumstances if you have time to spend and scale the website.

I would work on it a bit more and try to earn money from advertisements since you have pretty good niche there

If you're ready to invest some time (and/or money) into it, you can grow it some more, build up a better foundation, and then ask for something like x1.5 to x2 more than (average monthly income of last three months)x12. Good luck whatever you decide to do.

You probably know what's best in this scenario, but I would work on it a bit more.

Why not just let the site take in income on its own without doing any extra work. If you have no time to work on it just let it age and die. If residual money keeps coming in why not?

Get a VA and upscale it, from the number you gave in 15 months, your making about 245 a month. With a decent broker you could probably sell it if its a good site for 2 years and a few months earnings minus a fee dependant on the broken 5 to 10 percent.

so 245 by 24 , 5890. . You can get that if your worried its going to drop in rankings or youll get penalized selling is a good move. But if your getting organic links and organic likes and your content is strong you wont really drop off and you can keep earning passive income from the site.

I have a similar situation with a higher value site which i decided to keep since 3 years earnings compared to 10 i could get before google finds a way to kill me is a nobrainer for me

Hi KHR, the major factor you want to consider is how much of that $3600 was earned in a single period. For instance, if it made a consistent amount monthly totaling $3600 this would show consistency and you could get up to 28x what it makes monthly as it will entice more serious buyers, however, and in that case, your margins would probably be rather slim, at least over a period of more than a year.. I could always take a look for you, but if it's more of a scenario like you recently uploaded that post that's getting all that traffic, and that's when you closed all your sales, then you can package it as a more exciting offer, with tons of room for growth. This would attract the newbie crowd who typically have looser wallets for something that has "lucrative potential".. your compromise, because I'm assuming you've been earning a consistent amount monthly is to pitch it to the more experienced demo, but compensate for its slimmer margins by putting an exciting "lucrative potential" twist on it. Just make sure you don't let an experienced buyer low-ball you if you know you do something like double sales within a month of marketing lol best of luck

Following this topic with interest. I have a site earning similar amounts and is the same age and same niche (strange!). I'm wondering whether to sell it or to leave it grow myself. I don't have much time to put into it, but could do a post every fortnight I guess...

Same Situation.

Lets make a plan to grow together.

If your making a passive income from it already, and don't really have time to manage it, I would suggest using the revenue then from like one month. Use that money to further increase your further revenue potential. There are tons of ways you would be able to increase monthly passive income with 200+ bucks invested.

What kind of things would you suggest?

I would buy it for 3000usd immediately.
