Just a quick heads up. I went ahead and ordered the package before and almost 1 month passed and didn't see any improvements whatsoever. Also did not get the tracking link promised (could be that I didn't get an email) or he simply forgot to send.
I tried contacting him the past 48 hours via skype with no luck. Hopefully my email will reach him. I am not bashing service yet because I have faith he will fix it up or refund me the money. Will keep it updated.
No screenshots were sent of (hidden) URLs or anything to give me a finished report (even though it states in the sales thread).

Just posting an update regarding my purchase. About a month and a half passed since I ordered the package and well let the screenshot talk
Now I am not sure since the last keyword was already ranking 34th spot before (and its low competitive). I guess I will wait a few more days if there will be any improvement otherwise I would kindly like to get a refund or something done in this case. Wasting $110 on something that didn't do anything is really bad. I could have spent it on content and build links myself.
