Hi all, i am trying to do a local seo for a firm and i do have a question about a keyword landing page.

I have created a portfolio pictures of the service that company has for the keyword with alt tags which includes that keyword, i put some web 2.0 explanations about the keyword also got internal links from my blog to the page and optimized well with html tags, page speed also good for mobile/desktop on page speed insight. Ranking position around 18 for now...

What else i might do or change internally to the page, to rank it more for the keyword ?

Thanks & Cheers

One thing to watch out for, that many people miss, is to be careful about your alt tags. Keywords in your alt tags do affect keyword over optimisation.

Hey thanks for your answer, do you know the ratio of the keyword that i have to use in img tags or tool suggestion maybe shows the over optimization?

It's your overall ratio you need to think about, not just those in the alt text and tbh the ratio differs on many factors.

i found it here

Thicken the site up with some related service based pages, Google loves a thick local site & your client will love the additional leads.

As Mikaelo said the sub-related services looks fine but maybe i should add more content in them too...

Get links from sites relating to you niche and this will improve your ranking very well. Keyword ratios are of little importance nowadays. Just get your keywords in there and forget about stuffing it up to a certain ratio.

You can increase your keyword density. But be careful about keyword density, don't make keyword stuffing. Use synonymous keyword for a better result.

Maybe reach out for some posts on authority blogs? That really helps my rankings with the links from them.
