I received my review report and checked some of the domains:
RD: Average 20-70
Link Profile: I did notice 1-2 foreign links that looked spammy but nothing Chinese
Blogs look normal, different templates, lots of categories
Articles were decent, related photos were used.
Overall pretty good for the price.

I was lucky enough to be offered 10 PBN posts in return for a review. Below is a chart of the KW Rankings for the KW I sent to rank.
At first, my heart sank when I started to see the KW rankings getting destroyed some of the KW dropped from 70-250. That's the Google Dance for you I guess. My KW were like a bunch of yo-yos. However, it seems like they have stabilised now and I am left with the impressive improvement in rankings.
This is the main KW I was targeting "product review" 3600 US Monthly Searches. From 91 - 35 in one week! So yeah the rankings speak for themselves but what about the posts themselves?
The Good
This is a service I'll be keeping in my list of BHW sellers to use.

The Good
- Sites had decent metrics (TF 15+)
- Report with links to posts was given
- Posts contain images
- Only 1 link per posts makes it less spammy
- Low price for the service
- Great communication
- Content isn't that bad
- Not Niche relevant (although this is not what your buying, it's just an observation)
- Categories the posts are posted in are not relevant. For example, my post is a fitness product review and one of the posts was posted in a phone category.
This is a service I'll be keeping in my list of BHW sellers to use.

OP was kind enough to give me a review copy and just received my report.
I did some random checks, from the domains I checked there is only one who it's clearly spammy (Louis Vuitton anchors, 301 redirects etc), generally, PBN sellers have to be more careful with the domains they add in their network.
All the sites have different themes and posts contain 1-2 images, that's good, however, my posts was posted under an irrelevant category. There are things that can be improved, in site structure, menus, sidebar etc.
One more thing, I thought that the sites have at least the basic on-site SEO but I was wrong. Even for such a low-cost service, It's something I'd like to see. It takes only a minute to no index Author, Date, and Tag pages etc.
Overall, it's a good service at unbeatable; price.

10 PBN Review Copy
For ~$1/post the content was very good. They claim they use wordAI to spin and humans to edit which I believe because I couldn't get WordAI articles to come out that readable and still pass copyscape 100%. It isn't money site quality but fine for tier 1 and for $1 per PBN you can't go wrong.
Effort has been put into making each PBN look different with unique themes and a couple that I checked looked like it had a logo made for it.
The posts were in the wrong categories but I couldn't care less about that.
They also try to make the site look real by adding sidebar elements.
I also had no problems with the metrics and link profiles for the ones I checked, they were as advertised.
Overall, for the price it has great value.

I was lucky to get a review copy from @Jackky . I was sure before i got the report he will do a great job as i was doing businesses with him before.
His sites have crazy metrics TF 15 + and I already see movements in SERPs even i just got them <2 days
He is a great guy and is very responding on skype. I like that he's accepting custom orders also which helps new websites i make.

Got some good PBN Service after a long time and all the contents used for my project was unique (as per copyscape). Relevant Image was induced perfecting in article and keyword was well featured in Heading Tags.
