Use SEOquake addon and find the high ranking websites for your target keywords and Comment on those blogs...Your backlinks score Will surely increase then..!!
dont use disavow .............. Its a crapy idea.

I can offer you to try Link Assistant, that's an SEO tool (available in free edition) which can help to acquire backlinks.
The workflow is quite simple:
- you enter your url, create a project, then select prospect research method and the tool finds relative prospects for you.
