My order was fulfilled this morning and I had a read through the links.
Not bad for the money at all. I am no SEO guru but I do wonder if this is really enough to outsmart the big search engines. What I received was a large list of "Web 2.0" articles, which seemed to use some sort of article rewrite tool to rewrite an article and then link to my site via good keyword density. Again, the article rewrite has not really produced a coherent blog but it likely will get indexed.
Then the bookmarks point to those articles, rather than the website. I thought these links would point directly to my website so maybe I misread that, either way it should help the crawlers reach the pages.
Then, finally, you have the social profiles which again point to the Web 2.0 articles. These social profile websites all follow the same template and appear to be made just for this, so whether that will do I don't know.
I checked a handful of the domains against the SmallSeoTools Domain Authority tool and they came back relatively good; between 20-50 seemed average which is better than I expected.
I will wait and see if this has any impact on my rankings. If so I will order again. I hope this gives any potential buyers a look at what they'd be paying for; I believe this is as good as what you would get with one of the $100 packages and I only paid $10.

You can probably send them to an indexing service again. It is becoming harder and harder to index the links fast these days.

I have been using the SmallSeoTools backlink checker and none of the articles are showing up, even though I suspect they have been online for a week or so. Are they guaranteed to be crawled? How long does it usually take before it has an impact on my rankings?

Well different tools have different algo to track and report backlinks etc and I can really say when smallseotools etc will pick it up. You may build some social signals or send the links to an indexer. These days it is getting harder to index all such links like web 2.0, edu, bookmarks etc which you can verify from any indexer.
