Hey there, when you see username only on any service it means you need to enter the username of the account only not the full link, example:
unicef - Yes
www.instagram.com/unicef - No

Is this service still available? and one question to note: What's the delivery rate for ordering 10,000 Twitter followers and 50,000 Facebook followers? If the Facebook followers are real what of the followers from Twitter?

I'm not an admin, but I can answer some of your questions since I'm using instant-fans for a while...
1. You can and absolutely should.
2. Nope =(
3. Also nope - only manual drip feed day by day.
4. You should keep it smart - don't add too many followers/likes at once for a new page, don't create nonsense stuff like 1000 likes on page with 10 followers etc.

Can you explain the automatic likes and views monthly means? How many likes I get per picture and whatnot? Thank you!

Hello, the amount of likes depends on the package, they start from 80 likes per picture and up to 10,500 likes per picture. Once you subscribe every picture you post will get likes/views, you may post up to 20 times per day and it will run for 30 days
