What is my site worth? Official thread!

I own a "seasonal" e-commerce. I turn off ad-words for January, February only.
2016, I had about 122k visits (89k unique) from Paid search, 25k (19k unique) from Organic Search, 13k (10k unique) Direct.

First year, it made 110k revenue.
Second year (2016) it made 812k revenue.
I'm about to start the third year, and am expecting to make ~2M revenue.

There's no inventory and everything is dropshipped. It takes 5 hours a week to do the work.
net profit is around 15%.

What do you think it's currently worth, and what will it be worth if I can get to my target of $2M in sales this year.

Really curios! If so, why would you sell it? I don't get this ...

What exactly don't you get? I build businesss and sell them. I am thinking of selling this one for a big pay day. If payday is big enough, I can move on to building more business, etc...

I'm in process of selling a website and just would like to hear what is the typical valuation method.

Niche: Casino Affiliate
Traffic: 100% organic from Google
Age: 3 Years
Monetization: Rev share
300 pages indexed, ranking for a lot of different keywords.

12 months revenue: €20000
12 months FTD: 60
12 month total deposits: €135,000

3 months revenue: €9000

Site went up on recent Google update (Feb 9) bringin now 30-40% more traffic than before.

Looking to sell my site that generates $300 a month and rising. I contacted meathead a few weeks ago via PM. Didn't get a response. Maybe he might see my response here.

Hi there,
I have a site (it's a shopify store) and it really doesn't make any money. It has pretty much no SEO done and gets no search traffic.

Sounds pretty useless right?

Well, no. What I do have is a list of 1600 email subscribers on aweber, three facebook pages associated with the account totalling about 1765 for the branded FB page, 920 and 537 for the two niche related supporting pages respectively. There are 1868 instagram followers. Each and every one of these likers are super engaged in the niche, and are REAL (they were collected through fb advertising campaigns).

I just find this niche BORING and don't want to continue trying to monetize/grow. Is it worth anything guys? Thanks in advance!

What do you spend on the site? Why the drop in revenue in Feb from Jan?

Didn't spent a penny, except for the hosting (about 24$/year), earnings dropped because I kept switching from ab ad network to another since they support PayPal unlike Adsense (mine isn't American), anyway I'm can't say I fully monetized the site (small ads on sidebar and other on the bottom of pages), earnings should be at least x2.5 if properly done.

TimaTiGo - I guess between 10-20x monthly earnings then. It really all depends though on the site, what content you have, how much work it requires etc. I would look to maximise your earnings by paying someone to advise you about this. There are plenty of capable people on here to help you.

Yes It's definitively not a one-man site, tried to contact many for a long term cooperation but it seems that everyone wants fast money :)

Hey guys, I was curious if I can sell my 2-month-old website. It is gaming news related and I managed to get over 200k uniques in that time from Reddit, N4G, Facebook and social media in general. The organic traffic is close to 5k and I also got some backlinks from high authority domains like Softonic and some big gaming news websites. This is an Ahrefs summary
x78cGJL

The monetization is provided by lockerdome and the revenue is about $2 per 1000 impressions (US only). I also have a CJ affiliate contract with ThinkGeek. The content on the website is 100% unique and I would also like to sell my FB page with 11k+ likes (mostly US fans).
I want to sell it because it is consuming a bit more time than I have on my hands right now.

There was no black hat link building involved, every backlink is 100% organic. I am curious what could I get for this website and where can I sell it?

If more info is needed please let me know. Thanks!

Do you guys valuate non-websites?

I have a Merch by Amazon account. The account itself is about 3 years old and I used it for FBA before (but no longer). Now I have about 60 designs up, and last month I made $510. This month I'm on track to make $700-$800. I'm at tier 500 as well and on track to get to 1000 in a month or so. No infringements on the account or anything like that.

For those of you generally interested in valuing websites, here's a useful article: http://feinternational.com/blog/how-much-is-my-website-worth/

This thread itself is for all "valuation requests". Please don't open a new thread about your site, just post in here.

Quite a lot of people have been requesting it, and it's one of the most common new threads in the sub-forum, so it made sense to start a sticky.

I have personally sold over $10m in websites on behalf of clients over the last few years, and continue to sell more each month. There are not too many people who have ever sold more.

There are a few others around the forum with the sufficient level of experience to help me out. I'll try to check this thread at least a few times a week to give people a "fair" estimation. Please note - due to my very limited time, I can only give a ballpark figure.

Some general guidelines:

- If your site has revenue below $50 per month, it's not worth much.

- Please post your average revenue for the last year, the age of the site, the main traffic sources, the main monetization method and a brief overview of the site. You don't have to disclose the domain - and in fact, I would recommend keeping it private.

- Please don't offer "valuations" if you don't know what you are doing. Whilst I appreciate people trying to help, it's best for everyone if everything is accurate and from a relative expert.

Thanks for keeping the site-flipping section high quality :)

Cheers guys (and girls!)
