sure thing,.. thanks. It has a ton of solid backlinks and gets 5-10K views a month.
I use it for wedding photography. hitting the road and switching things up so Im trying to get a valuation on it to sell. someone with a PBN I assume, perhaps rebrand..

**I dont / havent had adsense on it cause I think it looks tacky as hell to have ads to have all over a personal photography page. I make enough per gig to justify not doing it... but I imagine with the level of traffic coming in even having some basic landing page with adsense would bring in bucks for someone. .. but thats not my area of expertise.

Hey guys, what's it worth in your opinion?

Age: 4 months
Traffic: 230 000
Source: Facebook, email and Google
Revenue: 430 000
Net ROI: 20%
Dropshipping website hosted on Shopify

I've sold a lot of smaller sites before, but not as big and not in a public marketplace.

posted stats, no reply. this a dead thread? or no clue?

anyhow, I listed on godaddy auctions with a reserve... it fell short of the reserve and ended at $5,000.. apparently I set the reserve too high, some feedback in this thread may have helped.. oh well. moving on. I'll try again.

Anyone know why Flipper sites are 3 or times their yearly net profit? many of the sites use organic traffic and anything can happen to that with Google. Puzzles me how sites sell for so much that make just a little profit.

Hey guys, I see the thread is almost dead and no one wishes to post a helpful reply, but I'll try my luck, as I have a VERY old website, that I'd like to sell.

1. age - approximately 15 years old
2. niche - website niche, as well as domain itself, is gambling related. There has been a gambling portal set up on the domain for all the years, which can be checked through the archive.org.
3. traffic - right now there is no traffic whatsoever. I bought the domain name (for appr. 1000 eur) in 2008-2009, set up a gambling portal, which received some organic traffic and had some revenue (less than 2000$ in sum). Then I got carried away in other projects, the hosting was down for several months, all rankings(which were not great, but they were) lost and after that, the site is just hanging there.

I understand that the site is not active at all, but the domain name is very valuable, because of its age, not the rankings or backlinks. It's a good sounding veeery old domain which is niche-related and there has ONLY been content in the same niche on the site for all 15 years.

Maybe someone will be able to help estimate the price of such site, I can send the domain via PM, or even post here if it's allowed. I had an idea to reanimate the site, but have no time for that and selling it sounds as a better option.

As an expert in online gambling field, I know that the niche is very valuable. back in 2008-9 when I bought the domain name, it had a very big potential, but I know that SEO changed a lot since then and it's hard for me to estimate the value now.

Thanks in advance, fellas!

Hey all, well i bought new domain and put on auction at flippa to see if i could sell that domain,

would want to know that is my domain little good or totaly bad cause i think i had good idea...
and do i write domain here or need to pm or how this works? ty

Reminder: This thread itself is for all "valuation requests"

Some general guidelines:

- If your site has revenue below $50 per month, it's not worth much.

- Please post your average revenue for the last year, the age of the site, the main traffic sources, the main monetization method and a brief overview of the site.

You don't have to disclose the domain - and in fact, I would recommend keeping it private.

You can't just post ' I have xys3yryr.com ' for sale and leave it as that, that is nothing more than advertising / trying to sell.

Please post your average revenue for the last year, the age of the site, the main traffic sources, the main monetization method and a brief overview of the site.

okay, so the website is a gambling portal, where all kinds of gambling websites(casino, poker, sportsbet, lottery) are being reviewed and compared to each other with top lists.
I made deal with all of the gambling websites that are being reviewed and get a revenue share % for every player I bring. For the most sites, that is a life-time rev.-share so if you gather a base of players who play constantly, you have yourself a passive income.
When I started and was constantly updating content and doing SEO, the site got some rankings and minimal traffic, which made several conversions on several gambling sites. some of the players have been playing for a really long time, but all together that was less than 2000$ from approximately 10-15 players. Williamhill paid me 1000$ to put their website on N1 in rankings on the site, I was amazed back then, as the traffic was really small, they paid for the potential.
I was doing good and heading for some hard keywords with good results, but then my life got unreally busy, no time and also no money to pay for the SEO team that I hired. I abandoned the project and even the hosting was down, I paid for it only after a month, all of the rankings were lost after that, the site is 100% uptime since then. About 50 pages of unique content and 25 is reviews of different gambling sites. the website is GPWA(gambling portal webmaster association) approved, they check the portal for quality and if you qualify, they add you to the database and you can then add their trust button, which is a good sign for visitors.

Hi,

Age: 2 years
Traffic (monthly): 55 000 (from Spain and South America)
Source: Organic (93%), Direct (7%)
Revenue: 0. It's a warez related site I created out of experimentation and I literally don't know how to monetize it.
Net ROI: 0

Monetization method : Adsense
Averange revenue per month : $300+-
Traffic : Search traffic. 80% and above.
Niche : Humor. But in foreign language, which is malay language.

Ive put a lit of effort in term of branding, and my site got around 100k session per month based on analytics.

Let me know how much it is.

Replied.

I'm not really big into domains. Would really depend how much revenue it generates each month.

Something around the low $1XX,XXX mark - depending on a few factors. Would be worth more if you had multiple traffic and revenue streams on there.

laptopcode.com. How much do you think this domain is worth?

I have coded a custom website and I want to have an idea on how much I m expected to get for it on flippa,
But I have little experience with them and it has been a long time since I sold a site there so I m sure things have changed since.
Code:
sitte: https://wisehyip.com/

it still new so no traffic/earning yet but it has potential as similar directories with ranking are making a lot

Monetization: direct selling of ad spots and affiliates links

I want to have idea so I can save the hassle of listing and all if it doesn't worth it.

Thanks in advance.

Hi

I want to sell my site

reviewlatestproducts.com

It have lot of backlinks and old one. But those site have less revenue like $10 Per Month.
For many keywords it was placed in google search results. Almost all for 700 keywords it was placed in google search results.
For seo people they can earn lot of money with that site i think.
So i am expecting more money for the site. Not less money.

How much i will get

thanks

Site age: 8 Months.
Monetization: Amazon Affiliate.
Niche: Electronics.
Traffic: SEO.
Domain: New Fresh Brandable Domain.

Profit:

Jan. 2018: $60
Feb. 2018: $180
March. 2018: $220
April. 2018: $300
May. 2018 till (15/05): $100. (Lost 1/2 positions with the new Google's update).

Site's Link Profile:

Nothing really special, some weak links like: events, scholarship ( 3 or 4), blog commenting.
The keywords are extremely easy and that's the mean reason it ranked well.

What do you guys think? Thanks a lot in advance!

Is there a different thread to talk about the value of domains that don't have a site attached?
