You can't really value a site to sell without earnings.

The fact that you have 3000 uv and not established any form of earnings is beyond me.

As everyone put it straight, you need to monetize it first. Stick to CPA over adsense
then you can multiply the average earning of first 3 months by 12 and that should be the fair price

Facebook had millions of visitors before they put any ads in. I focus on creating quality projects. Not on making money as fast as possible. I didnt want ads to intrude on the website experience. Also I have no experience in monetization. Thats why am thinking of selling it.
