Switching from wordpress to shopify 3 simple questions

I might switch from wordpress to shopify (I dont know yet)

wordpress seems a little to complicated for a total newbie dropshipper
I might use my website for something else (not giving up on wordpress)

I havent launched my actual woocommerce store yet just collecting emails from site launch page

• If i were to switch to shopify can I move my domain name to shopify also can you do this with free trial?
• can you get paid plugins with shopify free trial?
• Is the free version of oberlo good enough (epacket, auto everthing)?

1. Yes, you can move your domain name to shopify and you can do this with a free trial although you will need to enter your credit card to be able to open your shop up without a password.
2. Yes, you can get paid plugins with shopify free trial, but you will have to enter your CC details in.
3. The free version is great until you get big enough where you will need to purchase a bigger license, but at this point, you will be making enough to pay for it.

I highly suggest that you try and stick to Wordpress and try to learn it, as it is a great platform to use if you are on a budget.

Yes, the easiest way to do this is to register a domain using Shopify. Log in to Shopify, go to Online Store > Domains in your store admin to register a domain.

Shopify also integrates with an existing web site or a domain name registered with another provider. Ask your domain registrar to point your domain or subdomain to Shopify’s servers.
You can't get paid plugins when you are using free trial.
