Could anyone suggest which payment gateway is the best for accepting international payments and with a minimal hold time as far as Indian's are concerned.
  • 2Checkout
  • Airpay
  • BitPay
  • CCAvenue
  • Citrus Payments
  • Coinbase
  • EBS
  • G2A Pay
  • GoCoin
  • Kyash - Pre-pay by UPI, Bank Transfer or Cash
  • Mastercard Payment Gateway Services
  • NETbilling
  • PayDollar
  • PayPal Express Checkout
  • PayU India
  • PayU Money
  • Razorpay (All Cards, NetBanking, Wallets)
Which one of the above you think works good for Indian eCommerce Shopify Stores?

I am using Paypal with Citrus gateway (PayUmoney)
Does PayUMoney handle international payments also?.PayPal holds payments for 21 days, what is your experience with that.

As i mentioned Paypal is my primary gateway since more 90% payments happens through that, And for secondary purpose i am using payumoney, i have friends their who is handling my merchand ac personally as my RM ( my payments will get cleared once i submit my invoice from my supplier). you can start with paypal once you have enough cash to pay to supplier in the future orders you can add multiple gateways. even 2checkout is good but their rates are very high in the gateway industry (almost 8-11%)

PP 21 days hold for fresh accounts, once your first 4-5 orders went smoothly without any charge backs those holds wont be there. payumoney accepts international cards too visa/master/AE/etc
but conversion charges may vary according to the buyers currency.

OP PayU, CCAvenue and 2Checkout are good.

I never had problem with pp, Even my major payment gateway is PP only. PayPal accepts card payments too there is no neccesity that customer should have pp ac.

CCavenue will be the best for you as they have office in India and accept International payments too.

I got it but I've seen and also experienced big amount of abandoned carts when I had just a PP as a payment gateway when doing free shipping, the shipping time people knew from the product description. You think that is just the general percentage of not buyers?
