serious advice : Take x% of money that you are willing to lose ( x < 20 or x < 10) and look for cryptocurrencies.

How much did it cost you? How did you finance it? How long does it take to earn the money that you have payed?

I financed with what's called an FHA loan, only 3.5% down I believe it was.

I've been making minimum payments on the mortgage and plan to use money earned from my online marketing projects to pay it off.

I live in Switzerland. It might explain the amount of money i have saved.
I'm just trying to find a good method to make money with money.

Lol no one making fun brother, just picking at ya because the real answer is that this is an internet marketing forum. Investing 30-40k is for something like a stock market or forex forum. Don't get me wrong, I can think of some ways to invest it. For internet marketing though, investing that much just isn't necessary, at least not all in one thing.

With 30-40k I would suggest investing in a legit online business or even buying one on your own. I wouldn't nickel and dime it away on blackhat methods.
