Yes, Still good but if you know what you are doing. You have to learn GSA SER. Also mostly GSA SER is used for 2nd and 3rd tiers links.

You could use RankerX to build tiered web 2.0s. You would need something like 2captcha to solve captchas, emails, and proxies. Rotating proxies to be specific if you are going to build mass amounts.
Google "rankerx site list" and you can see the sites they support.
The biggest upside of GSA and all their products is they are constantly being updated. The developer is really cool and always on their forum.
And you can post to way more sites than RankerX.
Both softwares have their benefits honestly.

damn i need to buy it too. without it pumping your tier 1 is so worthless
personally i go for monthly subscription of seo tools (without vps) on other board, that costs me 20-25 dollars but i have milion tools like ahrefs majestic gsa captcha breaker indexers etc. i would give u link but thats other langauge board so no use for you, try to find somehting similar.

This. It can build links. You can build a strategy. If your income is good then get this. But buying is not alone enough. You will need catchalls, a vps, captcha breaking tools, content generating tools, link lists, proxies etc. It is good for pumping your tier 1 but it can get costly.
