Yt2fb.com is a site that helps you to post your youtube videos to facebook with full thumbnail.

But recently this website is not working properly.

So Anyone out here who knows how this yt2fb.com thing work ...

From what I can tell looking at the source it JQuery i.e. JavaScript that takes the youtube video and probably PHP server backend or even Node.js to get back the FB result.

A friend of mine developed the german version ytfame.de/yt2fb/

He said it was really simple, just adding special meta tags. Maybe he would sell his PHP script to you. Write me a PM if you want.
