150k Subs 131m total views looking for SKILLED SEO Partner

have 150k subs on YT in the Music niche and 131 million total views. I need a skilled/professional SEO marketer who knows what he is doing.
My plan: You create me a professional music website with premium theme on your host + professional on page SEO and some backlinks every week. I will get the credentials of the Site so I can add/edit stuff myself aswell. We will put my ads + videos there and will fill it with content (related articles) every week. We will promote the website in my videos + we can make some fb ad campaigns and we will cover em 50/50. We can split the profit from the traffic generated only from the website 50/50.

Honestly, for the terms you're offering this isn't really worth it for your partner. You want him to do the SEO (which I'm guessing is his own expense) and also asking to split the ad spend 50/50 (haha), then in return they're just getting 50% of the "traffic generated from the website" (which I'm assuming means YouTube ad revenue from the traffic sent from the website)?

Sounds like you should learn how to build a website (super easy) and then just pay someone to run the SEO. If you have 150k subs and 131,00,000 views you should be making enough to cashflow this project.
