Very bad technical support with a terrible fault

I have a bill that was to be paid on the 08th february => paid yesterday via btc

but now my service is suspended and nobody on live chat and no reply on my ticket

Bitcoin payments are sometimes delayed, which can even take up to a few hours. That the service is suspended is an issue from our side. I apologize for that.

It is recoverable as was stated in the ticket but you immediately asked for a refund, which probably to your surprise, we complied with.
