just create a website with a custom domain on blogger or wordpress and add 10 to 15 blog posts with quality content...do interlink the articles and keep a user friendly theme and navigation...then apply for adsense....these days it is quite difficult but still you can get approval if you follow all the adsense guidelines..!!!

I thought so, since 1 of my account gotten in their program using .blogspot domains which was a few days old

Anyways. Your site needs to be unique readable content. Also, as mention above, layout, themes, privacy, about us/me, company/personal info, contact me page.
All needs to be on the site.
Sitemap will also help. Your site needs to be pictures aswell where possible.
Bland and boring websites gets rejected easily. Websites with little to no content also gets rejected aswell.

Best to take a read at their ToS and guidelines and follow it like the bible.
Since, it's may be hard to get into their program, but it's sure as hell easy to get kicked out.

Wait what? First learn the English language a bit better, then build a quality website and apply to google adsense. You can find this service here on bhw if I remember correctly. Some people are offering it for a fee. Good luck!
