your Private Blog Network Links just went to Public Blog Network links.
Also, you need content, and wait for them to index NATURALLY
before you should use them for link juice.

You can get backlink to your own site. Also, you can sell pbn services. But the example sites u have given, they are expired web2.0 not pbn.

PA and DA means absolutely nothing. All of them will have DA 50, because they are subdomains. And I presume PA 30 is the minimum PA that ampblogs can have. Even though they have 0 backlinks, they can still have PA 30.

They are worthless. And PA/DA and all Moz metrics are a total joke.

Don't do SEO if you don't have at least some budget. Chances of succeeding are very low. You will end up stuck on page 2 making nothing and with no money to spend. Look somewhere else and try some other methods. Return to SEO when you have some money.
