Scammed by nerfedit -- His skype id is neffy823

His name is Dwayne , he is from China as he stated. But i don't think he represent his name is valid may be it's wrong. He asked me to do a job of VA and going to pay for $10 per hour, yesterday when i sent him an invoice he never respond me and today when again i send him msg if he is not going to pay me i'll publish all our chat over the internet then he respond and said that i never saw your messages and do what you want to do. You don't threat me like this. I said okay then send me the payment. But no response.
I got to know from 2 more guys that he is fraud and even he not paid them. So beware he is fraud.
I request to MOD that please banned him and may be he will be back again with new name so please all beware these types of people.

I am not sure should i get my payment or not. If possible please tell me what i do and how should i take my hard work money from from him.
