I put my trash cans outside of my garage over night and 1 day because thoose mother fuckers smelt bad. these dick smokers sent me a letter the next day. Please keep your trash cans inside until trash day. My response I didnt cut my yard for 3 weeks.. take that you low life have nothing better to hoa scumb bags.

oh and haft to pay them $600 a year for nothing..

that is why i refused to buy a condo or house anywhere there is a h.a.
i do what the fuck i want at my house including fires in the backyard, working on cars in the front, an occasional car parked in the yard, target practice in the back, trash cans where i want them. me and my neighbor are bad at leaving the cans out for a few days after trash night. i don't live in the country either. but there is no way i could conform to those h.a. rules. i'm sure there is other shit i do that they would hate.

I hate HOA's as much as anyone but if it means I don't have to live with this shit I am all for them.

Most HOAs seem to be ran by liberal socialists Nazis. I got sued for $2,800 for my own roof leaking and running into the womans unit below me. Now obviously I had no control over a shared roof. HOA fees should have covered maintenance on this. I told them they needed to pay for the desk and computer that got ruined as well as my wall that was water damaged. They told me that whatever happened in my own unit was my own problem, yet tried to sue me for the damage to the unit below me. hahahaha. idiots.
They sound good to me. I don't wanna live next to houses where people party until 3am, have fires in their backyards, ride motorbikes up and down the sidewalks and set off fireworks constantly. Maybe some people do, but not me. (And yes, I have lived next to people like that and they have no consideration for other people).
true but whats something u can call the cops on people for have to do with this.
I've done that and did it for months. They have no power in cases like this other than asking them to be quiet.

The only good thing I can see with ha's is that you can only paint your house certain colors and your landscaping always looks good. I have fucked up colors on houses and I hate when people don't take good care of their yards. Those too things I am meticulous about.
